About ReconRecond

Built by ops people, for ops people.

ReconRecond started where every great tool starts — a real problem. Dealership reconditioning was being run on whiteboards, group chats and three different spreadsheets. We thought we could do better.

Our mission

Bring structure to dealership service operations — without slowing anyone down.

Dealership reconditioning has its own rhythm — multi-site rooftops, role-based access for techs and admins, and the daily push to move stock through reconditioning fast. ReconRecond was purpose-built for exactly that.

ReconRecond is purpose-built for that rhythm. Owners get visibility. Service managers get a workflow. Technicians get a phone-first tool that actually helps them.

What we believe

Four principles that shape every screen.

01

Operational, not theoretical

We design for the floor, not the boardroom. If a screen doesn't earn its place in a tech's daily flow, it doesn't ship.

02

Structure beats chaos

Digital Jobcards, statuses, roles and logs aren't bureaucracy — they're what makes a multi-site reconditioning team actually work.

03

Dealership-focused

Every feature is built around how dealership servicing & reconditioning actually flows — nothing generic, nothing borrowed.

04

Scalable from day one

Whether you run one rooftop or twenty, the model scales without rebuilding your workflow.
