Account Executive
Yousaf Raza joins ReconRecond as an Account Executive, bringing more than a decade of experience across technology, project delivery, digital transformation and customer focused operations.
Yousaf holds a Master of Information Technology (Professional Computing) from Swinburne University and a Bachelor of Business in Information Technology from Curtin University. He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
Throughout his professional career, Yousaf has worked across government departments, transport, technology and the private sector, leading complex technology programs and working closely with senior executives, business stakeholders, technical teams and service providers. His experience spans digital transformation, enterprise technology implementations, system integrations, process improvement and operational delivery.
More recently, Yousaf has developed a strong focus on the practical use of AI and automation in business operations. In his current work, he uses tools such as Notion AI and other AI driven solutions to streamline processes, introduce intelligent dashboards, automate repetitive activities and replace manual, labour intensive workflows. His focus is on using AI where it can deliver practical improvements in productivity, visibility and decision making.
His experience within automotive dealership operations further complements his role at ReconRecond, giving him practical insight into vehicle reconditioning, workflow coordination, cost visibility and the importance of getting vehicles frontline ready efficiently.
As an Account Executive, Yousaf brings together technology, AI, business transformation and automotive experience. His approach is consultative, focused on understanding how dealerships operate, identifying opportunities for improvement and helping customers use technology to create more efficient and measurable operations.
