ReconRecond ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we look after it.
We collect account information you give us (name, work email, dealership), data you enter into the app (sites, vehicles, technicians, Digital Jobcards), and usage telemetry (which screens you use and when) to improve the product.
We use your data to run ReconRecond for your team, to answer support requests, to invoice you, and to improve the product. We do not sell your data. Ever.
Your data is stored on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure. It is encrypted at rest and in transit. Each dealership group's data is logically isolated from every other group's.
Only people in your dealership group, scoped by their role. Our staff access production data only to provide support, and every access is logged.
You can request a full export of your data, ask us to correct anything that's wrong, or ask us to delete your account. Email privacy@recon-app.com and we'll respond within five business days.
We use minimal cookies — session management and a privacy-respecting analytics tool that doesn't track you across sites. No advertising cookies.
