These terms govern your use of the ReconRecond application and website. By installing ReconRecond or creating an account, you agree to them.
You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity on your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
Don't use ReconRecond to do anything illegal, to interfere with the service, or to scrape data you don't own. We may suspend accounts that put the service or other customers at risk.
Anything you put into ReconRecond belongs to you. We hold it in trust to operate the service. We won't access it except to provide support, comply with the law, or maintain the platform.
We work hard to keep ReconRecond up. ReconRecond is provided "as is" and we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is communicated in advance.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. You can cancel at any time; we don't refund partial months but you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you've paid us in the preceding 12 months. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.
