Is ReconRecond free to try?
Yes — your first site is free with no time limit and no credit card. You only start paying when you add a second rooftop or unlock multi-site reporting.
What devices does ReconRecond run on?
iOS and Android phones (and tablets) for everyday use, plus a web admin portal for owners and accounts. The app works offline and syncs when you reconnect.
How long does setup take?
Most teams are running their first Digital Jobcards within an hour. CSV import means you can bring in your existing vehicle and site list in minutes.
Workflow & features
Can different sites have different workflows?
Yes. Each site can configure its own job types, technician roles and approval rules — while the data model stays consistent across the group.
Does ReconRecond integrate with our DMS?
CSV import and export work today. Direct integrations with major DMS platforms are on our 2026 Q3 roadmap.
How are technicians invited?
From the Technicians screen, tap Add Technician, enter their email and role. They receive a one-tap invite to install the app and get scoped access.
What happens if a technician forgets to clock out?
ReconRecond distinguishes job time from paused time. Forgotten clocks are flagged on the job summary so a manager can review and adjust before close-out.

Where is our data stored?
On enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Each dealership group is isolated.
Who can see what?
Role-based access by default. Owners see everything. Site admins see their site. Technicians see jobs they're assigned to. You can customise from there.
Can we export our data?
Yes. CSV export is built in, and on paid plans we can provide a full data export at any time.
Pricing & billing
How is ReconRecond priced?
Per site, with technician seats included. We don't charge per technician, because punishing you for adding people is a bad business model.
Do you offer multi-rooftop pricing?
Yes — meaningful discounts kick in from 3+ sites. Talk to us for group pricing.
Can we cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly billing means you can cancel at the end of any month with no penalty.
